How does it work ?

Umbrella employment is a tripartite relationship between you / the company or organisation commissioning the service / and us, iSC.

We manage your assignment in three fully transparent steps.

Step 1

You are offered an assignment and have negotiated its terms with your client. You contact us
to share your profile and project. An iSC advisor determines with you the most suitable
umbrella solution for your situation.

  • We handle all procedures between you and your client. We draw up two contracts:
  • An employment contract between you and iSC. We become your employer, giving you employee status with the associated protections;
  • At the same time, we establish a service agreement between your client and iSC, defining your assignment under the same terms you agreed together.

Your assignment is completed. Once the information is confirmed, we invoice your client. We
then transfer your salary and any associated expenses, in the country and currency of your
choice.
