FLEXIBILITY AND ADAPTABILITY

RESPONSIVENESS AND RELIABILITY

COST-EFFICIENCY AND PERFORMANCE
Our international umbrella solutions minimize your costs as well as those of your experts, with enhanced service quality, particularly regarding their protection.
The longer the assignments, the lower our fees: from 7%, they gradually decrease to 5%.
Use our simulator to calculate your contractor’s final net salary, based on the duration of the
assignment, professional expenses, and the level of social coverage you may choose to cover.
COMPLIANCE
Contracts between you and your contractors ensure compliance with tax and social regulations in the country or countries of operation, thanks to our legal partners and our
experience in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean.
How does it work ?
We manage your collaboration in three clear steps, instead of the many procedures you would otherwise handle as a traditional employer.
STEP 1
You wish to assign a mission to a contractor you have already identified. You have negotiated
the terms with them. You contact us to share the available information and your collaboration
project. An iSC advisor collaboratively determines the most suitable umbrella solution.
STEP 2
- We handle all procedures between you and the contractor you intend to assign for your mission.
- A service agreement between your organisation and iSC, defining the contractor’s assignment under the terms you agreed together.
- At the same time, we sign an employment contract with your contractor reflecting the same terms. As a result, we become their employer and take on the obligations associated with this status. The consultant benefits from employee status and its guarantees. Their contract may also include, where necessary, your organisation’s internal regulations and codes of conduct (within the limits of international legislation).
STEP 3
The assignment is completed. Upon your confirmation, we send you the invoice corresponding
to the service delivered by your contractor. This will be the only invoice you need to pay.
We then pay your consultant’s salary and any associated expenses.
They trusted us
When entering a third country, we must minimise risks and difficulties. That’s why we use iSC: they prevent us from having to immerse ourselves in local labour laws while launching our operations. This allows us to test both the market and our representatives.
For certain assignments, we need local or international experts. In such cases, iSC’s services are essential: they understand our professions and the environments we operate in. We have trusted them completely for 10 years !
We are a large company, but contrary to what one might think, we do not have internal solutions to manage international assignments. For all so-called ‘Southern’ countries, iSC provides services that meet our level of requirements and responsibilities.
We work with experts on long-term contracts and teachers on short-term assignments, sometimes paid. With our small structure, without iSC, we would not be able to deploy these professionals safely, often to isolated villages.
