The freelancer/organisation partnership: the very foundation of iSC
Founded in 2013, iSC – International Solutions for Contracting was created through the joint
initiative of consultants and consultancy firm executives who shared the same observations :
- Working internationally in a secure way and getting paid legally, within varied and complex legal and administrative frameworks, is a real challenge.
- Too many intermediaries (umbrella employment or other systems) operate with opaque practices, particularly regarding fees deducted from salaries.
Agro-development engineers, environmental experts, international cooperation specialists…the founders of iSC have themselves experienced the obstacles linked to professional mobility outside the European Union. To address these challenges, they designed a tailor-made solution aimed at simplifying, securing and structuring international assignments. Our services have been built on real field experience.
