HOW DOES IT WORK?

It is a tripartite relationship between a freelance consultant (contractor), an umbrella company such as ISC, and a contracting company (end-client).

  • The consultant negotiates the terms of the contract with the end-client,
  • We draw up two contracts:
    • One employment contract with the consultant. ISC formally becomes his (contractual) employer, and the consultant can benefit from an employee status,
    • One business contract with the end-client company.
  • We invoice the company and we pay the consultants’ salary in the currency and country of his choice.
